Both experimental and clinical studies within all fields of dentistry are accepted, but the foundation will prioritise projects that can be related to periodontology, implantology, or cariology. Researchers may apply for funding for a project in its entirety or for part of a project.
Even though the application period runs during May, the application form can be previewed at the Eklund Foundation website, www.eklundfoundation.org, all year round, together with helpful information for applicants. The Board will announce the recipients in September/October.
